A short film about Coventy Well in Great Torrington, Devon. This well is dedicated to the Romano-British Goddess Lady Coventina also known as St Coventina, the goddess of wells and springs. Lady Coventina's main sacred site is near Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland and the town Coventry is named in her honor. The well in Torrington was thought to have healing water.
